Eloise Kubli, ASID has earned a reputation as an exceptional Interior Designer who interprets her client’s desires and delivers extraordinary results. With a national and international career spanning more than 30 years, she has transformed her innate talent into a polished ability to design, integrate, and deliver refined design elements to her discriminating clients.
Professional Affiliations
A state licensed Interior Designer, Eloise is also a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and is NCIDQ certified (National Council for Interior Design Qualifications) - a challenging and prestigious Interior Design program.
Design Philosophy
Eloise presently concentrates on integrating architectural interiors with interior design detailing for commercial, hospitality and luxury home installations, often working in conjunction with architects and builders prior to the project being built. Having a general contractor’s experience and background to draw on, she knows not only what to expect during the scope of a project, but also how to control costs. “Getting it right from the start makes the process as enjoyable as the finished product.” Expertise in planning, careful attention to the client’s desires and over 30 years of professional experience enhance Eloise’s broad knowledge and give the client comprehensive service. By overseeing each project herself, Eloise is assured that the envisioned design is carried out thoroughly and shows her genuine commitment to creating an environment to fit her client’s lifestyle and personal needs.
Traveling throughout the world on continuous education seminars and personal travel, she strives to bring the history from the past with the best options of the new. She has maintained business sources and relationships throughout her +30 year history while continuing to seek new products and ideas.
Projects & Publications
Eloise has been involved in projects both nationally and internationally. Her professional experience extends to homes, hotels and businesses located throughout Florida, Colorado (Aspen, Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, Vail and Edwards), Greenwich, Connecticut, Anguilla, BWI and Saskatchewan, Canada. She has been published in Florida Design, Florida International Magazine, Miami Herald Home and Design, Dental Economics, City and Shore, On Design Magazine and Russian publication Russian Home and Design.
Awards & Recognitions
Eloise is the proud recipient of myriad design awards. She earned the highly respected 2015 ASID FSC Design Excellence Award for Residential Design under 5000 Sq. Ft. for her work on "Delray Homefront". In 2014, Eloise was awarded the prestigious Aurora Award and a Professional Remodeler Design Award for her work on "Skyhigh Sophistication", a project that has received numerous other accolades. In September of 2013 Ms. Kubli earned an unprecented five ASID Design Excellence awards for:

- Renovation: Residential under 5000 Sq. Ft.
- Condominium / Apartment: over 2,500 Sq. Ft.
- Bath Design: Traditional
- Workplace / Office Design
- Unique Application of a Product: Residential
She was awarded the National 2011 Dream Home Award as well as a 2011 ASID Design Excellence Award and a second 2011 ASID Design Excellence Award. She also holds a 2010 ASID Award of Excellence (Residential Traditional over 5000 sq. ft.) and a 2010 ASID Award of Excellence (Wildcard Category - Lanai), as well as the 2009 National Dream Home Award. Other awards include the 2008 ASID Award of Excellence and the 2003 and 2004 Dream House Awards. In addition to receiving a National Décor Award of Excellence, Eloise is recognized for her superior leadership, outstanding professional achievement and exceptional service by the International Edition of Who’s Who In Interior Design.

As a General Contractor licensed in Florida and numerous other states, Arthur Kubli is well known for his ability to deliver excellent solutions to complex problems. His excellent communication skills allow for accurate direction in all phases of his projects. With a broad spectrum of extensive renovation experience and “from-the-ground-up” construction, he contributes to our community’s growth and quality of life through leadership.
Experience & Philosophy
Arthur’s areas of seasoned expertise include estimating and overseeing the adaptive re-use of hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, condo conversions and malls. Because of his broad knowledge, experience and integrity, Arthur is sought after by national and international hotel chains. Among such companies is Marriott International, who has been a client for over twenty years, in which he has completed complex renovations throughout the country. His diverse portfolio also includes major renovations to Nova Southeastern University in Florida and Mountain Glen in Colorado.
Arthur credits his veracity, quality workmanship and determination to get the project completed on time for his steadfast client roster.
Awards & Publications
Arthur has received major awards for his work, and in 2013 was presented with three Aurora Awards for Commercial Projects - two of which were Grand Auroras. He had previously received an Aurora Award in 2010 from the Southeast Building Conference. In 2009 Arthur was also honored and recognized by the Southeast Building Conference with two prestigious Aurora Awards. He received the Grand Aurora Award in the category "Commercial Construction, Retirement Community" for excellence in the renovation completed at the Classic Residences by Hyatt in Boca Raton, Florida.
He has appeared in major industry publications and journals, including American Executive and Hotel Business.

Donald Wilson, Project Manager

Donald A. Wilson has been employed with Collective Construction & Design for over 25 years. He attended Providence College and the New York School of Visual Arts. Due to his diversified experience, Mr. Wilson has supervised projects in excess of $6 Million. Donald’s sharp eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills have earned him a reputation for “getting the job done”. His interpersonal skills, strong technical background and working knowledge in the areas of structural steel, all phases of carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC enable him to interact with clients, architects and skilled tradesman with ease and sensitivity to the needs of the projects.
Peter Garcia, Field Supervisor

Peter Garcia is employed with Collective Construction & Design as Field Supervisor.
Kaitlyn Cole, Design Assistant

Kaitlyn Cole earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Florida International University and is a certified Ashtanga Yoga teacher. Traveling extensively since a young age, Kaitlyn’s style is based on her experience with diversified cultural design from around the world. Also an amateur photographer, she’s been working in the creative design field for 6 years.
Christina De Armas, Design Assistant

Christina De Armas grew up in South Florida, and has made a career designing residences from West Palm Beach to Miami. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and has been professionally involved in the field since 2006. She acquired her love of design excellence at home, inspired by her mother’s passion for exquisite interiors.

Diana Ingram, Treasurer

Diana Ingram, Treasurer, was a superb employee for 28 years, a trusted good friend, and will always be an exceptional human being. In addition to her fiscal responsibilities, she was Assistant to Vice-President Arthur Kubli, and was a pivotal force as Office Manager, assuring the smooth running operation between construction and interior design. She brought the company from a manual accounting system to a sophisticated computerized accounting system which assists in the analysis of cost accounting for all projects. Diana attended Florida Atlantic University and Palm Beach Community College. We wish her all of the best in her current and future endeavors.
Linda Mullen, Allied ASID

Linda Mullen, Assistant to Eloise Kubli from 2002 until 2015, Linda graduated with highest honors from Broward College with a degree in Interior Design. She brought over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential design. Her job responsibilities included being a liaison between Client and Interior Designer and expediting all phases of interior design from proposal to final installation. In addition, her knowledge and enthusiasm in the field of design was reflected in her performance. She is currently residing near Tampa, FL with her family, and loves and enjoys spending time with them.
