Eloise Kubli, ASID NCIDQ has earned a reputation as an exceptional Interior Designer of luxury and custom high-end residences, commercial spaces, and professional offices. As president and owner of Collective Construction and Design, she is proud to have built a diverse firm that delivers extraordinary results. With a national and international career spanning more than 35 years, Ms. Kubli instills the essence of grace and elegance to every project she undertakes.
Professional Affiliations
A state licensed Interior Designer, Eloise is also a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and is NCIDQ certified (National Council for Interior Design Qualifications) - a challenging and prestigious Interior Design program. NCIDQ Certification is the gold standard for interior design professionals around the world. The certification demonstrates a designer's proficiency in core competencies and their expertise in protecting public health, safety, and welfare.
Awards & Recognitions
Eloise Kubli is the proud recipient of many design awards, including an impressive collection of prestigious and highly coveted ASID Design Excellence Awards. In 2022 she took the ASID Design Excellence Award, First Place in the Wild Card category for her dramatic transformation of a warehouse space into “The Ultimate Man Cave”. She recently earned the 2021 ASID Design Excellence Award for her work on "The Clubhouse at Hawks Landing". In 2020 Ms. Kubli took an ASID Design Excellence Award - Best Retro Interior Design for her “Mountain Mansion” project. She was recognized in 2019 with a Professional Remodeler Design Award for “Effortless Living”, a full turn-key renovation. She took a 2017 ASID Honorable Mention - Residential Contemporary Design for creating “Organic Modern”. Ms. Kubli also took the 2016 ASID Design Excellence Award - Residential Traditional for her work on “Traditional With a Twist”. Ms. Kubli was awarded the ASID Design Excellence - Bath Residential Design (Traditional) in the same home. She earned the highly respected 2015 ASID Design Excellence Award for Residential Design for her work on “Delray Homefront”. In 2014, Eloise was awarded the prestigious Aurora Award and a Professional Remodeler Design Award for her work on “Skyhigh Sophistication”, a project that has received numerous other accolades. In September of 2013 Ms. Kubli earned an unprecedented five ASID Design Excellence awards for five of her projects in the categories of Renovation - Residential, Condominium / Apartment, Bath Design-Traditional, Workplace / Office Design, and Unique Application of a Product - Residential.
Arthur Kubli
Vice President
As a General Contractor licensed in Florida and numerous other states, Arthur Kubli is well known for his ability to deliver excellent solutions to complex problems. His excellent communication skills allow for accurate direction in all phases of his projects. With a broad spectrum of extensive renovation experience and “from-the-ground-up” construction, he contributes to our community’s growth and quality of life through leadership.
Experience & Philosophy
Arthur’s areas of seasoned expertise include estimating and overseeing the adaptive re-use of hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, condo conversions and malls. Because of his broad knowledge, experience and integrity, Arthur is sought after by national and international hotel chains. Among such companies is Marriott International, who has been a client for over 35 years, in which he has completed complex renovations throughout the country. His diverse portfolio also includes major renovations to Nova Southeastern University in Florida and Mountain Glen in Colorado.
Arthur credits his veracity, quality workmanship and determination to get the project completed on time for his steadfast client roster.
Donald Wilson
Project Manager
Donald A. Wilson has been employed with Collective Construction & Design for over 30 years. He attended Providence College and the New York School of Visual Arts. Due to his diversified experience, Mr. Wilson has supervised projects in excess of $6 Million. Donald’s sharp eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills have earned him a reputation for “getting the job done”. His interpersonal skills, strong technical background and working knowledge in the areas of structural steel, all phases of carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC enable him to interact with clients, architects and skilled tradesman with ease and sensitivity to the needs of the projects.

Peter Garcia is employed with Collective Construction & Design as Field Supervisor.
Kaitlyn Cole
Design Assistant
Kaitlyn Cole earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Florida International University and has been with Collective since 2015. Traveling extensively since a young age, Kaitlyn’s style is based on her experience with diversified cultural design from around the world. Also a photographer, she’s been working in the creative design field for since 2009.
