A sophisticated and relaxed dining room.
In the dining room, chairs from Stephen Baker Turner covered in ebony leather and stone-colored mohair from Holly Hunt surround a mahogany and ebony-wood table from Jessica Sidney. Overhead, a beveled glass and iron light fixture from Fine Art Lamps illuminates the space.

When interior designer Eloise Kubli was hired on spec by the builder to design this 6,500-square-foot home in Plantation, Fla., she had no particular owner in mind. But when all was finished, and eventual owners Martine and Jeffery Sween first laid eyes on this five-bedroom, two-story house, Kubli was paid the ultimate compliment when fashioning a spec home — the Sweens fell in love with Kubli’s style and enlisted her to see the design through to the end. continued
