The complete interior renovation of this unit in the upscale Gant Condominium in Aspen, CO was awarded to Collective Contruction & Design, Inc. With upgrades including new furnishings, cabinetry, flooring, plumbing, fixtures, and appliances, the unit will be upgraded to Premier status in the Gant’s new rating system.

Foyer - The entry foyer.
The unique pebble stone statement wall reflects immediately the character of Aspen in the small entry foyer.

Kitchen - Redesigned kitchen.
They new expanded kitchen has new appliances, quartz countertop, and a mosaic stone backsplash.

Kitchen - Rich wood millwork in the kitchen.
The plumbing fixtures feature a stainless apron fit sink. The hand-blown glass pendants define the space between the kitchen/DR.

Master Bath - The master bath is appointed with opulent marbles.
The new master shower features a body shower, rain shower head, and a frameless shower door. The slate and glass with metal pencil lines add texture & color.
