Hawks Landing by Robinette Homes and ASID Designer, Eloise Kubli, of Collective Construction & Design were recognized by the American Society of Interior Designers in their annual Design Excellence Awards. Two Hawks Landing estates received the distinguished honors, “Luxurious Living” for outstanding design in the Residential Traditional category, as well as “Inspired Style”in the Residential Transitional category.
For Betsy Rauch, Vice-President of Hawks Landing by Robinette Homes, the awards are a testament to what the community embodies; building and design excellence that have resulted in a collection of the most impressive estates in the Broward County area.
Rauch and Kubli have been working closely in the design of Hawks Landing’s million dollar spec homes for the past 14 years. “Working with Eloise on the interior design of our luxury estates has been a key factor in setting us apart from the other luxury home builders in the area. To continue to be recognized for the pillar goals that we envisioned for Hawks Landing, is beyond rewarding” says Rauch.

The Hawks Landing custom home recipient of the “Luxurious Living” award was also given the 2011 National Dream Home Award. This competition is open to Interior Designers, Architects, Builders and Remodelers and the winning entries are judged on overall interior and exterior architectural appeal, creative use of interior space, and functionality of floor plan. Eloise Kubli was the only interior designer from Florida to receive the National Dream Home Award. “It was very rewarding to take a spec home and personalize it. This home showcases the quality and craftsmanship of Robinette Homes and my own interior design vision”, says Kubli, who’s objective was to create a warm and comfortable European-style ambiance by contrasting different elements, textures, and colors.
With regards to the design awards swept away by the Hawks Landing homes, Kubli happily adds, “Our firm only enters the most prestigious design competitions and we are so proud to have taken the top honors in all three categories!”
With recognitions of this caliber, Hawks Landing reasserts its imprint in the South Florida luxury real estate market, while Rauch and Kubli continue their collaboration aimed to create Hawks Landing homes that are timeless, in every sense. “We’ve saved the best for last” adds Rauch, now that Hawks Landing entered its final phase of development.
